"I called to schedule one month ahead. They told me someone would call the week before. No one did, so I called yesterday on a Monday (pickup was 2 days later). They said they had to cancel because the 2 EMT’s they had that were licensed in KY no longer work for them; so they can no longer service KY. I asked exactly when were they going to call and tell me that. If I hadn’t called, my 93 yr old mother would have been waiting at 9am with no one coming for a procedure/appointment she had to get to. We had to scramble to find another transport service on short notice. Definitely would not recommend."
