"I wish I could give this place zero stars. I have been to this branch several times and almost always have an issue!! The first time AJ incorrectly deposited a check and I had to come back the next day when I realized I was missing money in my account. Then they told me I had to wait 2 days to get my money back into my account even though it wasn’t my mistake! I asked to be contacted back by the manager and never was. I have two business accounts with Huntington and yesterday was the third time that AJ deposited checks into the wrong bank account. After the first incident, they ordered me stamps so that the back of the checks would say the account number to avoid confusion. The second time I just transferred the money over myself because I hate dealing with this branch. The third time, he told me I need to separate them and tell him there are multiple checks going into two accounts. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to do your job for you!! I am still appalled at how he is working there because surely I can't be the only customer whose transaction he has messed up. If it wasn't for the Mason branch's outstanding service, I would close all of my business and personal accounts with Huntington. I now drive 20 mins out of my way to avoid coming to this branch."

"Called as i was pulling in and it went to their voicemail.....Manger was busy and no one else could help me she said.....she bagan telling me i should go to Starbucks and come back.....maybe he wont be busy when i get back.....i said no did not want to go there....she then suggested i go have lunch! And he'll call me when he can see me.....i asked her about going into vm when i called.....she said it was bc everyone was busy with customers......i said oh, it was as i was pulling in 2 minutes before i walked in....she looked me in the eyes and lied and said yeah......we were all busy.....no one was with anyone when i walked in except the manager not even the 1 teller.....this girl had on black legging pants with a shirt a little lower than her waist....i walked out with a complete opinion of "Unprofessional" for a bank......kinda check cashy/payday joint feel to the place......I left and called another location and the manager answered my questions over the phone!"
