"DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! They got me to my appointment, never showed up to pick me up to take me home. Called multiple times, if they answered , they put me on hold and then hung up. I have a power wheel chair, I can't just call anyone to come get me, fortunately my insurance got me another ride. But seriously don't use this company unless you can afford to be stranded for hours."

"If I could give zero or negative stars I absolutely would. I wouldn't recommend this company in any way shape or form. I'm helping care for a family member who is 100% wheelchair bound this week and we are on day 2 of 5 with scheduled pickups to and from work. Yesterday they were 2 HOURS LATE picking her up with zero communication or explanation. I called and spoke to a very nice lady and explained why timely pickups are important with scheduled medical needs. She then informed me we have to call and give an hours notice every day despite being scheduled. First we had heard of that but okay cool I did that. Yet still they were almost an hour late this morning picking her up for work and an hour and half late to take her home AGAIN leading to her missing an important medical requirement that can have long term effects. With zero communication! We had to call 6 TIMES today to find out where the transport was and if they were even still coming and we were told different wait times with every call. I am infuriated and disheartened for my family member who has now been left stranded 3 times in 2 days. I am downright disgusted at the blatant disregard and lack of respect for basic human decency just because you are paid by medicare and insurance companies and can do below the bare minimum and take advantage of people who have no other choice just because you can get away with it. At the VERY least make a 60 second phone call to let someone, ANYONE, know they will be late. Have SOME respect for other peoples time ffs."

"D.J was very nice and respectful and made the ride not only fun but safe. One of my best rides since I started taking valley transportation honestly. Really appreciate how kind he was and he’s my only driver whom called and told me when he would be there to pick me up unlike others. Thanks D.J hope to see you again"
