"Waited 3 weeks for my shirts after being told told on a Saturday that they would be done on that Tuesday. Called to see what was going on and was told there was an issue with shipping but absolutely no communication call that weekend still nothing waited to call half way through the next week oh they sent the wrong shirts again no communication at all call yesterday oh just have to sow the patches on I’ll call you at 2 to let you know no call once again finally today shirts were finished go pick them up my one patch is wrong and the others are poorly done not even offered a discount for the long delay and no communication needless to say won’t be going back absolutely horrible"

"the lady that works in the store is very rude and disrespectful she started mocking me to another police officer that was in the store not knowing I was still in the store . The only reason I gave One star is because the 2 guys working in there were nice and helpful. I was still going to make the purchase but after thinking about how was treated and mocked. I left the store and I'll be speaking with all 3 chiefs at all 3 departments about this lady and this store. Our officers spend thousands of dollars in this store. So we shouldn't be treated like that and I'll be Making sure none of our officers purchase from this store again."
