"Horrible customer service steer clear. I would highly advise on not using this shipping distributor if you want a timely delivery and value what you are shipping. Lost items and delivered a month late. Driver Miguel and manager Nick knowingly tried to pass off a delivery as being complete and didn’t say anything about it until I brought it up since I noticed I was missing a crucial part to the set. Now having to have the company order and send me that part separately after waiting a month past the estimated delivery date. I will never order anything from Federal Flags again if they still use Gateway Distribution as their shipping company."
