"Their first mistake is working with our RMIS. I warned them about this. They acted like the problems with me but they did try to send me other ways of filling out the carrier packet. Regardless, they told me that I had signed it the way I understood it regardless, I cannot fill out the rest of the form but I had sent them all my documentation EIN/authority letter/Insurance/W9 I have all these documents saved already. Richer in my truck it could fly and hit me in the head right? I'm in a semi DOT in fraction. They're blaming me classless Lee as I was 20 minutes from the shipper they said hey we got to go home. We can't wait any longer for your paperwork, I've never really had this problem usually brokers can fill the rest of the form out as long as I can DocuSign it. They really don't have a lot of class. They said they had to go home at eight which I understood. I didn't know they were staying after anyway it could've been done easy they just fill out the paperwork I had signed . I drove about 30 miles including warming up my truck and interrupting my evening Friday evening at that. What a waste of time you guys can get it together. I had all the documents for you. You don't have a lot of good reviews. I was told two different weights of my load when trying to get the paperwork straight. This is rampant in the industry right now trying to shove extra weight on. After a rate, COM says meat and poultry companies they claim it's the salesman which is probably these guys"

"We booked a load with Matt for 2 picks in PA and the broker lied to us that the shipper would wait for us and they never did. They wanted us to wait till Monday and did not want to pay more. Premier logistics decided to deduct from the rate, The rate was 1875 and deicide to pay another carrier the partial part at $1550 and left us at $325. Beware booking with this broker and also Matt & Ashley they are thieves and horrible brokers. Beware of this broker"

"Same experience like other carriers. these kind of broker siting out there to rip off the carrier. we haul the load for them back in July 30th every thing delivered fine sent them POD after delivery and broker confirmed. when time come for payment they deduct $150.00 making excuse of i did not send the the POD in mention email on the ratecon. this is ridiculous shame on you guys."

"My experience was the same as all the other 1star reviews. Beware of Jason Harper & Scott Mitchell, question anything and they will make a report against you. For you shippers reading this, there is way better options than this company. For you carriers, a better broker has the same load."
