"Nice people overall but you will likely walk past it when you go bc it’s somewhat hidden. The entrance is NOT inviting and makes you think you’re walking into some slum place. Not the look US bank needs. Place definitely needs a facelift if it’s going to keep operating. US Bank corporate needs to change the look here ASAP otherwise I’m gonna start using Chase instead."
"I would never think to rate a bank (although probably should), but after going to this bank on a regular (albeit infrequent) basis, I just have to say how much I enjoy going to this bank. It's always fast & friendly. The staff are great. I do most of my banking online, but the staff at this branch make me want to revert to good, old fashioned banking again!"
