"i worked for this company and when i was hired i gave them my direct deposit information and when it came to payday they sent it to cash app instead bc they didn't use my information! not only that but they let me go after i drove 6 hours one way to take a patient home from there appointment! very unprofessional and everyday i had to use a different van because every single van they use they are all messed up! not safe at all"

"I haven't even used them and I would not recommend. This car was racing down a 35 mph zone; could watch him flying up behind me in light traffic so I had an opportunity to get my camera out."

"They are horrible ever since my father insurance hired them transport my father they don’t call in advance nor do they show up at times. I called insurance whom called them and they stop answering the phone. My father was suppose to be picked up at 3:45 PM and it’s 6:45 and he isn’t at home yet which a Uber was called since they stop answering the phone. I want to file an complaint on this company as this is too long for someone to be waiting on a ride that they depend to get them home. This is very unacceptable and I will be finding who I need to contact about this company to file complaint. Most transports have medically, mental conditions to be sitting waiting on a ride that isn’t showing up."

"I’ve had a terrible experience with this company and especially with the owner Christopher Qualls! One of his employees hit my car while I was standing at the light. I have a police report and the damage was estimated at 2k. They provided me and the police officer with fake insurance - I found out 3 months later that the company vehicle was not insured at the time of the accident. When I contacted the owner Christopher Qualls, he said he will cover the damage, and that was the last message I got from him. The next time I spoke with him during the mediation and he also said he will pay for the damage. Unfortunately, I never saw the money and Christopher Qualls didn’t appear in the court for the hearing. I won my case and now I’m trying to collect the money for the damage and court fees. This case has been going on for almost 10 months now. Please save yourself time and never do any kind of business with this company!"

"Do not use this transportation company, they do not care about people. I work in a medical office and a patient gave me their card saying he used them for transport here. We called the company for a return ride and spoke to I think Cecilia? She asked the patients name multiple times and the location, then confirmed that she put in a request and a ride would be sent out to pick him up and would take about an hour. After an hour and a half of no one showing up passed we called back to get an update. She said he was not one of their clients today. She claimed they tried to call us back but couldn't find the number and that no one was coming to get him. There is google and caller ID but she just decided to do nothing about it which caused our patient to sit here for 3+ hours. We ended up figuring out he was confused and a different service had dropped him off, though he has used this service before. This is just unacceptable and horrible customer service."
