"Bought a new A2000 glove for my son who plays College SS. I read one review that said, "Just do it, don't think...just do it." So I did. My advice? "Just send the glove, just do it! hahaha" Glove came back game ready and my son said, "Bruh, this is nice!" In adult language that means "I'm ready to go - thanks dad!" Best break-in service I've ever seen. You are now on the Go-To list for recommendations. Great job guys! Sincerely."

"Update: get a voicemail that says the following, immediately after making the review below. “Hey Mark , just wanted to reach out and let you know we got approval to get that bat replaced . We reached out to our rep and he was able to give us a go ahead so give us a ring back whenever you're free . We'll get that taken care of thanks man .…” I call them back and they say, “way to help yourself out, we’re not doing anything because of the one star review you left” immediately hung up. This place is not an authorized user for Easton softball bats. Purchased a bat for my daughter 4/6/22. Called Easton for warranty and has been denied. When I called the company(pro rollers) they responded with “I’m not familiar with their warranty and ours is 100 days”. Terrible way to spend $520.79"

"I made the comment that certain baseball bats did not need to be rolled due to their out of the box performance and was told that I was uneducated. Instead of educating me then proceeded to cuss me and make remarks about my child. Very unprofessional and I can assure you I will never use any of the services provided nor will I recommend to anyone."

"Honestly somewhat surprised to see the negative reviews. Purchased a glove for my son and choose the break in service (takes 4-6 extra days for them to break the glove in) and then received delivery immediately thereafter. Glove exceeded expectations. Break in service exceeded expectations. Glove was ready to go out of the box. My son literally opened the box, put the glove in his bag and took it to practice that afternoon. Customer service chat was very informative. Shipping tracking information was provided and accurate. I am actually going back online now to look for a glove for myself now! Only thing I can think of is that most of the negative reviews were older?"

"Bought a glove that was sold as a new item with tags (website actually asked me to specify keep all tags on or pay more for break in). Glove showed up poorly packaged with no tags and visibly used/dirty. I emailed two different email addresses with no response for 10+ days. Wish I would have paid a few more bucks and bought from a legit site with some support."
