To my surprise, the hot tub turned back on after a few hours! The company even refunded my service call cost, even though they could have easily charged me. I was so impressed with their honesty and integrity. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of hot tub repair!"

"Left several messages for quotes, no response, finally get a call and tried to set up a closing on a pool I never seen? Asked about a quote a was told it would be several months before owner would get to me for a pool quote? Not very customer service friendly and quite rude to be honest. Tried to buy locally but this is what I get? Will go outside of town to companies that want to do business and not be bothered by potentially new customers."
