"This company didn't do any intake paperwork for my fiance. Never received pay stubs. Was injured on while on the clock. I ended up getting fired and had to go through BWC to fill claim. It's been a year now since the insistent. Still suffering broken shoulder and unable to work. Because they didn't provide paystubs I don't receive enough in compensation. Now in debt on bills including rent because of it. At risk of losing my home now."
"SCAMMERS!! They have people work on their trucks and then provide money codes for EFS and then void the payment as soon as they leave. And once you try and call to receive payments they give you the run around and can hear them laughing in the background and claim they arent a trucking company... If you want to be scammed out of labor and parts this is definitely the company for you to do business with. If I could give them negative stars I would."
"Called GOLDWAY TRANS to report a TRUCK 32 driver driving erratically, riding so close to people's bumpers that somebody could not walk in between the bumper and his bumper at 80 mph. When we would try to get up beside him to get his information he would swerve over into that lane and serve us off the road if we try to go the opposite side he would do the same thing try to swerve us off the road and want to get around him. We reported him to DOT on top of plenty of other people. I called the safety department at Gold trans and they said my driver's not driving or radically he's driving at 70 miles an hour I said I'm sitting here with him I don't know what your GPS says I don't care. Safety department hung up on me they did not care. They will care when somebody gets hurt or killed! I ALSO CALLED JB HUNT AND REPORTED THEIR TRAILER. 802356 TRUCK 32."
