"Do not move in here moved in here 2023 of November an the worse decision I can ever make they don’t care they act like they do just to get u in then after that nothing Maintenance don’t do nothing just look at stuff an don’t fix it thermostat don’t even have auto on it an he ain’t switch it out an duke said it needed switched out cause it’s super old but if you want a 300 hundred dollar duke bill every month go right ahead an that have a lot to do with your bill an u hear your neighbors an everything else it’s not worth it I wish I can move out but I will soon as my lease is up the set up is the only thing that’s nice about the apartment the appliances is old an everything else they even moved me in with old carpet that’s ripping at the door do not move in here can’t wait to move out o an let me not forget it took ten days for maintenance just to come look at it an not do anything at all an they act like they paying your bill for this to be all electric ain’t no way my bill should run that high with a two bedroom an only two people living here that barely be home an the lady in the front office don’t do nothing but make excuses an attitude is nasty an wonder why u get a attitude back"
