"This was the first time i visited this office. It has a new way to process transactions. It is called a virtual teller. The office was very clean. There was no waiting in line. We have a truck loan that is almost paid off. We like this credit union."

"This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a bank/credit union. You can't get ahold of anyone, for days. Their member services is a joke. They won't do a thing to help their customers. I would avoid this credit union at all cost. I wouldn't advise anyone to go here to finance a dog house. This has been ridiculous, to say the least. "Horrible customer service. My car is financed through them and it was a huge mistake. Something ended up going wrong with our car insurance where we were insured but they said we weren’t and charged us to insure the car and late fees. While trying to sort this mess out, they did not communicate well, we had to wait months to even get a response, and they don’t have any sort of dispute process. They have one person in the whole company where certain issues can be discussed and this individual is always out of the office. Steer clear for your own good."
