"I love Kemba Credit Union. They are always so nice and always wishes me a great day. I have not had any issues with them over the phone. I am unable to go to a branch, I am not in Ohio, but in Arkansas. I got my account when I worked for Kroger. No matter what I am calling about they try very hard to answer all questions and always asking if they can do anything else for me. I want to also say that I was pleased to find a location open on a Saturday, and Cheyenne was able to help me."

"Really disappointed. We have worked with kemba for years but at this point more frustrating just trying to reach someone. I have been trying to get an auto loan and when I do the application I am told they will get back to me with the results in a couple hours and they never call back. I wait on hold for 45 minutes just to always hear we are to busy sorry. They are friendly and seem to want to work with you then just completely ghost you. At this point I am looking elsewhere. Take your business elsewhere and maybe they will reevaluate when they start to lose business."
