"I drove over 3.5 hours just to arrive to this message taped on the door: "Closed today Saturday fundraising ride for Mitch Graham at Fifty-West" (see photo). On October 5, 2023, I booked a bike fitting appointment for November 11, 2023. I wasn't contacted for cancellation and that there was an event that would close the shop today. Why even have it as an option for booking, then? It's a shame, given the glowing reviews from others."
"I've spent most of my money over the past few years on bike-related purchases...this was one of, if not the best purchases I have made. After a couple months of debilitating lower back pain, I made a 5.5 hour drive to visit Mitch after hearing so much about his reputation. Super nice guy, impressive shop as well, with tons of accessory options. He changed nearly everything, and while it felt weird at first, after a few rides, the back pain was gone, and I suddenly gained a frankly unbelievable amount of power - I have legitimately questioned if my power meter is broken (it's not). All that said, this was an AMAZING investment and I would recommend Mitch for anyone who rides bikes and cares about comfort and performance. I will be making the trip anytime I get a new bike!! "I very much enjoyed my fitting session and learned tons of helpful information. I’m 64 years old and an under-fast (slow) cyclist, but the fitting was well worth the cost and has markedly improved my comfort on the bike. This will surely result in longer rides’ improved endurance, and increased speed. Mitch was endlessly patient with my many questions. I highly recommend a fitting with BioWheels."

Update - recently got fitted by Mitch for a new bike, and the process was quite thorough. It really showed me that my current bike set up was not ideal, and we were able to really dial in what I needed for my new bike.
