"I beleive they have arbitrary race based approaches to lending. I kept getting new wrinkles in the process. Get this, I was told that my monetary assest, monetary, had to exceed the refi amount. I received other insulting references based on a skewed belief about my zip code. I bet they dont behave this way with people of other demongraphics. STEER CLEAR!"
