"They were once supposed to pick me up from work and take me home. They showed up to my house to pick me up instead and left me stranded at work. They cancelled my son’s ride to work at the very last minute last week so he had to call off. And then they show up extremely earlier than they say they are going to and if you do t come out within a couple of minutes they leave. They claim to have showed up for my son today 15 minutes earlier than they were supposed to and left before the time they told him they’d be here. Now he’s probably going to have to call off again."
