"i have seen several drivers speeding. they go up and down my riad. extremely careless drivers. the ones i seen were driving recklessly. if the vans are numbered, ill be sure yo get them and tell you. i would hope you talk to your drivers. they are going to hurt someone. shame on them"

"Communication is poor and some customer service people very rude! Driver showed up 15 min earlier than the facility was told, waited 4 min and left! He /she never came in to say they were there. This caused a 92 year old woman to miss an event important to her. The very least the driver could have done was phone to let the facility know they were waiting."
