"Reliable Runners has never been more unreliable. I've used this company for a weekly delivery for 3 years. They keep getting worse and worse. If you need biological specimens delivered in a timely fashion, do not use this company. Consistently, week after week, they are always late. It takes them 3 hours to deliver items that are only 1 hour away. Furthermore, they typically refused to put them ice no matter how many times we've spoken to management. About every other week, the samples are completely ruined from the delay or lack of ice. Save your self the headache and find another service."

"Work here if you want a headache! Will offer $60 bucks to travel 100+ miles. They Do not appreciate their driver's. Lord forbid you ask for feasible pay. Liars and shady. Will find a way to short your pay. Could be a good place to work if Adult's was running the show."

"Our company used them for years without many problems. Once Covid came around they were not a good choice for our needs. We would call a day in advance to set up a 4 hour delivery window. They would call the next day at the 3 hour mark saying they didn't have any drivers available and that they did the priority shipments first. Suggested we upgrade to 1-2 hour runs which we did and the next two orders the same thing happened. They never showed and we had to deliver them ourselves. They only got two stars because of the past work they did, currently they wouldn't rate a single star since the last three deliveries we needed they didn't do and we had to scramble to find a more dependable source."

"This is the most unprofessional company that I have ever used. They do not show up and when you try to explain that it is very important they hang up on you. The first time it happened I had to scramble and find someone to deliver my time sensitive materials. I gave them another chance and again they fail.. No one showed up and it is not their problem. They are the most UNRELIABLE company ever."
