After years of bad service, I finally closed my business account in January only to have 5th 3rd continue to charge phantom late fees. Just had another brutal telephone call with this branch where, again, they refused to acknowledge their error and claim again to have fixed the problem. I doubt that's true. Dear Google, zero stars should be an option."
