"By far the worst broker experience in my 9 years of trucking. First they give you the run around about having to wait 15 hours for a load, then they try to claim "Deceptive Business Practices" simply because I reviewed my negative experience? YOU GUYS ARE PATHETIC"

"I called about an available load. I was asked what price we would need to run the load, and I shared the price I felt was reasonable. The representative asked if I could wait a minute so they could ask how high they were allowed to go. Then the representative apparently forgot to put me on mute while he openly mocked and belittled me to his coworker. He never even had the decency to get back on the phone to follow up but instead disconnected the call. A little bit of respect can go a long way, and unfortunately I experienced none from the Polaris representative."
