"The treadmill machines are disappointing. They do not have a fan and do not surpass 999 steps. The 999 just sticks. Sometimes the belts drag on treadmills. I went in today, (and yes I understand it is cold out, but if you workout right, you will sweat), and none of the fans were on."

"This planet fitness needs a thorough cleaning. The stretch area matts need tossed as they are so filthy and tattered. The yoga balls need a good scrubbing. ALL stair machines are broken and I noticed another machine was broken and mentioned to staff who said they knew but didn’t have anymore OUT OF SERVICE signs. Oh my! The showers are very nice and therefore gave three stars and not two."
