"I can't give you a good review 3wks ago I was almost late for a appt. Was told by driver I had a 15 min. Window wrong 1st time there was 5 min late but then waited 2hrs to be picked up today was 20 min early told to pick me up in1 hrs told me he had other pick ups when done he was there told me they canceled so I thank for being on time then told him to turn left going to miss getting on highway told me not to tell him how to drive did not wear seat belt times before on phone while driving I could go on but I think I said enough"

"I have been a patient with Arrow Medical services for over 2 years, I have never had an issue with any of the drivers. They have always been very kind and have Christian ways, and courteous. This is a good company. I use them three times a week for dialysis and have never had an issue , I have been picked up by various drivers. I I can ride in the car or van, they make me laugh and smile. I also have seen this person I believe on a trip with me when we have multiple passengers, she is unruly and has some type of behavioral disorder, and very mean spirited! However, it could be due to bipolar disease, I know this is a good company, take it from a regular passenger"

Nobody understands ENGLISH, the cabs are FILTHY, the drivers are always late with the audacity to be rude about it, AND all the owner does is deflect, make excuses and lie. DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING THIS COMPANY SAYS. THEY ARE OPPORTUNISTS THAT WILL SAY LITERALLY ANYTHING TO MAKE A QUICK BUCK. This company is an embarrassment to minority businesses."
