"Locked my equity line due to credit fluctuating. That should NEVER happen.i use that for investments It's a 10 year loan .no one could explain. No one fixed it Told me In a month it would open if credit was to a 720. It was a 760. I waited and nothing.they then said Jan 1st. It was may. I pulled my equity and went to a credit union."

"I love this Fifth Third location! But Lord help you if you need assistance from the 24 hr help line, seriously a joke. Closing at 6pm is not 24/hrs! And when you use the text message service for a difficult problem such as changing your pin because you forgot it, you are told to wait until morning to call customer service!?!? Stop advertising being open 24/7 when after 6p there isn't a human for miles to help you. Thanks a bunch!!"

"My experience with the personal banker Leslie was amazing. She is the definition of humanity. If there were more Leslie’s this world would be amazing. My mother is sick and I called ahead and I am not sure who I spoke with first, but they accommodated us as well above and beyond. The world needs more Leslie’s."

"Every time I have an issue, I call customer service first, if they can't fix it then I go to the actual bank, which has only been a couple of times. Each issue has been me waiting for my account to clear on its own. Had issues with my bank account, banker never listened to my problems, told me it must be a glitch on my end, and was rude and argued with me on what the problem really was instead of helping solve it. I even showed screenshots and my actual app to show them the issue, and left feeling like garbage and angry. Talked with the bank manager about the bankers attitude, same issue. Didn't listen to a word I was saying and I felt like I was being ignored, sounded like he didn't even want to deal with me. Problems never get fixed and I get greeted with rude attitudes and short remarks. I've had new jobs and I've always been able to deposit my payroll checks without any trouble. I had my first check from a new job and was told different things from call reps to even the assistant manager. I was never informed whenever I deposited the check that there is an issue, I don't get any notifications telling me it has to process- I have to call in and ask people what's going on with my account. No one answers calls and no one wants to help. They are not helpful."

"May just be 5th 3rd in general but not only do can they not cash a personal check to someone without changing an outrageous fea but they i have also had the problem they dident have enuff money at the Bank to fulfill the transaction. As well as today they cant cash buissiness to buissiness check written off their bank. Who wants a bank that can't fulfill checks off your account with them"
