"Having to take prescription medication is necessary, sometimes, and insurance can be a tricky game. The folks at Staker’s are very helpful when trying to navigate the insurance mess. Sometimes, it’s more affordable to simply pay cash, especially for generic equivalents. Great, personalized service with a smile (and sometimes by people you already know)! Keep your prescription business, local. Drive that extra block, pass up the national chain on the corner, compare prices, and you’ll find that Staker’s will usually offer competitive prices with service the others can’t match."

"I have been a customer of Stakers for 30 years. The staff is friendly and wonderful to work with. Prescriptions are usually ready in 15 minutes or less. I highly recommend Stakers Drugs!"

"Not a very good experience. I stopped here to buy a nebulizer for a breathing machine. I was told I needed a prescription. I never needed one before, so I went to genesis oxygen in New Boston and bought 2 without a prescription. Sorry Stakers, I think it was very poor business. I will take my business elsewhere."

"While I typically favor local stores over corporate chains due to keeping money local and the general friendly nature of most local stores I would have to say that this local business is an exception to the rule. Prices on covered prescriptions here varied 200% when compared to other local pharmacies. On non-prescription drugs plan supplements, such as vitamin D, prices varied by 600% when compared to chains such as CVS or Kroger's Pharmacy. Additionally, this location's policies in regards to prescriptions and prescription coverage can result in a shopper paying a higher "out-of-pocket" price. Prices quoted here were 200% higher than quoted by prescription provider. If you're an Ohio State University Buckeyes fan then there is a wide variety of memorabilia available, but expect to pay hospital gift shop prices. The only redeeming quality is that I was informed by an employee to check with another pharmacy to get my prescriptions for less."
