"I’m switching banks soon after being at this one 20+ years. The service has gone way down hill. It’s too hard getting help/cash from kemba. They don’t keep $50 bills in the outside kiosks at all. So I frequently have to go inside and get them from the help desk as I need those on the regular. I frequently have to go out of my way/leave way earlier than needed for my plans to get over here in time just so I can get my $. It’s frustrating. And today when I walked in, they helped the woman behind me instead of helping me. I stood at the desk waiting for help almost 10 minutes. Ridiculous. I’m going to do my research and find a different bank."

"Worst CU ever. Their iPad/iPhone app is horrible a 10 year old could do better. Terrible customer service no one to talk to. Only a computer monitor. Would rather trust my $$ with Art Schlichter. I’m gone from this place Jan 2024. Thank god."

"I wouldn't recommend this place at all. We were going for a HELOC loan and gave them the information they needed. Well, they ended up putting a car loan that has lower interest of 6.5 % rate onto it when we requested the loan not to be placed onto a 8.5% interest. But the person ended up putting it on there and and skimmed right past it during the signing period. Why would we want to pay more money? Like come on. Yes we should have read closer and not trust the crooked person filing it for us. Literally ruined our house improvement plans and now forces us to quickly pay a higher loan for our car. So... don't use them at all especially if you are new to doing these types of loans. This has been an awful experience and just dishonest people trying to make extra cash off of you and give you a run around to try to fix the situation."

"I went to close my account because I didn’t need it anymore, when asked why I said I have PNC Bank and is everywhere. Well a pretty arrogant woman named Hanna maybe bothered by my comment closed the account and gave me a check for whatever small amount I had left there. This arrogant woman told me now you can deposit it on PNC with attitude. Very glad I closed my account with Kemba Financial. Very nice way to do business they have. It is the Hilliard branch the problem, both customer service on the phone, and the Grove City branch are nice."

"Am I lucky? Or has the "bad" not happened yet? I have had nothing but a great experience with Kemba so far. I started with just a side savings account, and have slowly added another savings account, my main checking, and a credit card. Soon I hope to add a mortgage account. The staff are always friendly and I have yet to have an issue with them. The only problem I had was an overdraft on a savings account due to a vendor not adding the account prefix, so it defaulted to savings, but Kemba reversed the fee and took care of the issue. The new KIT ATMs in the drive-thru are nice. You can deposit, withdrawal, and do other services very quickly. The only downside I have is that in order to have a spouse share the account, you have to share the login info, you cant have 2 online logins tied to one account like most other banks."
