"I’m a big supporter of credit unions (haven’t used a commercial bank in 40 years), and most of the staff here go above and beyond when it comes to attentive service to meeting ones banking needs and, maybe most importantly, resolving any problems that arise. Most notable among that staff in my experience has been Mackenzie and Heather, and especially Lily L., who always goes the extra mile in making sure things are handled properly, and any questions or problems are resolved thoroughly and effectively. Can’t say enough good things about her work."
