"Tried all day to get the parts dept. to answer phone. So AGAIN I had to drive 1hour to be told they had to order the part I needed. This has been an on going issue with this location for many years. Frustrating especially when I had the part numbers in hand and it would have been an easy call but again I’m the one that is out , not them. Just to test the situation while I was there thought I’d call parts dept while standing on showroom floor. Absolutely no one standing at parts counter or in the dept period except me and neither parts employees on the phone with anyone during my phone call. Neither blinked an eye or even thought about answering the phone. My employer has 200 units and this is one of the main reasons they don’t get our business."
