"My husband called to make sure they could fill our request. We get there and was told the cost went from 50 dollars to 75 dollars. A week goes by I call to ask about the order and was told it was canceled. In the same call I explained we still needed the order made. Then the price went to 125 paid it. 2 weeks still nothing no phone call nor email from this company. After calling 3 more times I finally get the digital print I paid for. Just to go to another vendor to have the digital format embroidered. Needless to say this place digitize for 50 dollars the original agreement the TB gave me. Not happy with this experience with this company at all."
