"Never had a worse ride in my life. They pulled up and had every family member of there's in the car. It was dirty, stinking like cigarettes like nothing I had ever seen. They did show up though. Very shady! It reminded me of an old movie. Daughter complaining about grocery shopping, other guy just down right scary and grandson who knows.plz don't take this cab, not safe ."

"I scheduled my taxi for 8 pm in advance I was not told they closed at 4 which left me stranded this is a sorry excuse for a taxi company unprofessional to run a business like this they should make this up to me cause this wasn’t right they called me and made it right with me the lady I spoke with was very nice thank you for handling this the way you did"

"Twice my mother has used their service and twice they’ve left her out in the cold for over three hours. Then they had the audacity to charge her extra on the way home senior citizens use any other taxi companies than this one they don’t believe in customer service they don’t care about you the girl on the phone was very rude I just said oh she’s next do not use this company they are horrible I’m thinking uncaring especially towards senior citizens"

"I had an excellent experience. Called the day before for a ride to the airport in Cleveland at 4am a bit nervous from the bad reviews. Owner called me from personal cell and made sure I was at ease with my opinion to choose her company for service. My ride arrived on time and communication was very effective up until pick up. I can’t speak for anyone else but I definitely will use them again. Thank for the amazing service."

"Paid for shuttle service from 2 p to 5 pm. for a wedding. Had people waiting at 4:00 at the hotel to be shuttled to the wedding. No one shever got picked up. Called several times and calls went straight to voice-mail. People ended up driving themselves back to the wedding. Very disappointed in the afternoon shuttle service."
