"Rarely answers the phone despite being open unless it's in the afternoon, redirects all calls to voicemail(which is full and typically never answered), and most times are consistently late and/or violating road speeds (had one night where the dude was going near 60 in a 35). Additional edit: on 2-22-24, I was a minute late coming up front to get on the cab and they drove off without me and didn't send them back until an hour after I called them. Nothing like waiting til near midnight for a cab because the company doesn't answer the damn phone after 60 attempts"

"If I could give a 0 I would. You could order in advance for a certain time and they will be a full hour late. And they will decline your calls if you try to see where they are. It’s rude and disrespectful that you can’t just simply say that you are going to be late and even if you are overwhelmed you still have a business to run. No one told you to take this job."

"Don't waist your time with this company. I've scheduled multiple times and every time they are late and this last time dint show up. When you scheduled a pick ur spected to be . I was almost fired because of them"

"It’s a taxi service that doesn’t pick you up. I called scheduled a time and they never showed up. I never got a cal back and I was stranded at Walmart for more than 30 minutes. There are better services use it."

"They say they are open 24hrs but yet the last couple of times I've tried to call them which has been after a 11pm no one answers. One of those times being tonight. If your not open 24hrs then you need to fix that on your website. False advertising is no way to get business. My last experience with them was a joke. The taxi driver picked me up while already having a car full. Took them about an hr if not longer to pick me up in the first place. He take me to my destination then tells me he will be back because he had to drop the other people off. I waited for him for over an hr till he finally picked me up. I called him during that time and he kept telling me that he would be there in 5mins, or 10mins and each time he never showed so he just flat out lied. I thought when you got a taxi you were the only person at the time. I didn't know that they could pick up more people and try and do everyone's running at once. It was very upsetting and I was beyond pissed. Again though if your not open 24hrs then please fix that on your website. Be more punctual as well. Don't tell people that you will be there in 5 mins then show up and he or two later. Sucks that your the only cab company that is SUPPOSE to be open 24hrs and then you guys have the nerve and audacity to do what you do to the people who keep you in business. I have a feeling that you won't be in business to much longer if you guys keep running it like your doing. I would not recommend this company at all. Very POOR business all the way around."
