"Too expensive, for many items. Frames are boring and don't bring value to merchandise, some of which is exciting and special. Unique peices don't grab your attention but blend in. I know framing, matting and glass are very expensive. But peices are all framed the same. Customer service was barely friendly."

"Still has an onsite lab, processes C41 film, returned negatives, fast turn around, and inexpensive price. Asked if they'd be willing to load the scans onto a flash drive instead of a CD, if I brought one, and gladly accommodated. I called ahead, and the woman I spoke with was extremely friendly, and answered all the questions I had. The quoted time I was given was also accurate. Great customer service!"
"This place is great. Fast turnaround, negatives looked clean so I presume they take care of the chemistry. The lady was fantastic and extremely helpful. My only quibble was that the first exposure of my roll was clipped hence 4 stars. Otherwise top notch!"
