"I purchased a used bike from a different local bike shop, and the front derailer never worked properly, I took the bike back 3 or 4 times and they still could not fix it properly. The local bike shop wanted me to leave it with them again, but I declined and took it to K&G bike center where they saw what was wrong with it and fixed it properly. I was very impressed with there knowledge and highly recommend them to my friends and family."

Gabby was amazing, friendly, helpful and being the only employee in the shop at the time, kept calm and enthusiastic as the phone kept ringing, people came in asking questions and interrupting her “tire task”. She never once complained or commented on being busy and solo at the time. Tire complete, customers cared for, and phones answered cheerfully. What a HUGE asset she is to that shop! "Such excellent customer service! I called because one of my bike trailer tires popped on me and they knew exactly what I needed over the phone. On my way there, I realized I had both my boys with me and didn't want to have to go inside so I called and they did a curbside delivery for me and I cannot thank them enough for accommodating me! When I did get my purchase, I didn't realize I was only purchasing the TUBES to go inside the tires and was hesitant as I have never replaced a tube myself. The young woman said it was easy and gave me a quick rundown but said if I needed help, to just call her and she'd walk me through it. I figured it out (with the help of YouTube) and it was easy! Overall, GREAT customer service and very helpful. I appreciated all they did for me!"
