"Helpful, friendly staff, thorough set of products and your money doesn’t go to shareholders. Rates are competitive. Anyone who has problems in these reviews is habitually late and has money troubles. If you live by the rules they are great."

"Glad my loan is finally paid off with this credit union. There are some nice people there but this one employee name Heidi should be fired. I have spoken to her on three different occasions and it’s always something with her. She’s rude, unknowledgeable, and always has a tone, and snarky. I had a question about an external transfer and she couldn’t confirm with me it it went through or not. I asked if she could transfer me to someone who could help but she said couldn’t because there phone system were messing up, I guess. I then ask if she could find out or have someone else to come and assist me and responed with “I’m not going to do that.” I ended up hanging up and calling back and spoke with another young lady who not only helped me on the first go but even went to ask her manger to confirm everything because it wasn‘t showing on my end for reinsurance’s. Oh and that was only one occasion that her unprofessionalism was on display that I personally dealt with. I also had multiple issues regarding the online car loan payments since they got this new system a year or so back. When I go online and make an external payment from my other account to the loan (as I always done so), only half the time it actually goes through even though each time it shows confirm/processing payment. When it doesn’t process properly and I’m not on top of it, well now it shows late and I have to call in and pay an additional fee so they can take payment over the phone. These is only some of the bigger problems I dealt with since having an account. So DCU or at least this particular branch I definitely do not recommend."

"Worst company I have ever had a car loan through much rather finance with a big bank. Nobody answers phone calls to get account verified to make payments then charge me over $500 because my payment is one day late. Keep in mind it’s because I can’t get ahold of anyone from any branch to verify my account!"

"Can not wait to leave this CU. Outrageous fees, ridiculous rules and holding funding from bank checks. Rude and inconsiderate employees. Today's interaction with two different teller at two different branches sealed the deal."

"This credit union dosen't pay dividends. Had an account there for 7 months, and did everything to get it. Complained and they had no idea why. I waited 2 weeks for them to get back to me. They didn't. DON'T OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE!"
