Was told my only option was to pay off my loan and bank with another institution. Tried to set up direct deposit to my savings account and they charged me a bounced check fee when it didn't process. PNC was very happy to have my business."

"All I wanted to do was change my address.Laura the representative there told me that I would need to provide my address on a utility bill or also ID. Or I wont be able to change it. I thought it was very inconsiderate of her and unhelpful for her to say that were my only options when there are more convenient ways to go about changing address which are going online, emailing change of address form or sending by way fax. Just goes to show you they really dont care about there customers. Quick to say "no I cant help and thats it. Crazy thing is another rep gave me the form to send in a fax. Since she told me there were no other options"
