"UPDATE--- My husband was in a wreck in one of the cabs this morning. Thank God he wasn't hurt. The driver pulled out when they weren't supposed to and got hit. So nevermind on that 2 ⭐ statement I previously made. Wow... Unbelievable. The ONLY reason I'm giving 2 ⭐'s is because of the cab drivers. They are the only saving grace. They're kind and helpful. But the phone operators and this new system they got going on? Whew... There is one female phone operator that act like she hates her job and everyone around her. If you tell them information too quick, you get talked to rudely. If you aren't giving it quick enough, you get talked to rudely. I've had to call back after waiting for over an hour (more than once) just to make sure they actually put me on the pick up list, as they've "forgotten" me twice. Then they have the audacity to get an attitude with me when I do call back, as if it's my fault that they didn't DO THEIR JOB and put me in the system. Having to walk an hour home, heavily pregnant in the dark because they forgot me? That's absolutely ridiculous. And when told about it, their response was, "That shouldn't have happened." Obviously! Whatever this new system is, isn't working. People are being left off of the pickup que and cabs are taking hours to pick someone up - even after they specifically put in a time call."
"This cab company is one of the most rude companies I’ve ever had to deal with. They always make it seem like it’s a hassle and inconvenience to their life to answer calls, set up a ride, and to actually provide the ride. Aka doing their job. The driver was also incredibly rude. If you’re to the point of being that rude and miserable towards paying customers, then you need to leave the job and find something else that won’t make you so unpleasant. I would never recommend this cab service to anyone. Stay clear and don’t use them."
"They put to many rides together and make people who they don't think is important deserve good time I never make it to work on time ever for a few years. The lady who answers the phone that is rude should also be fired. When you tell someone that you are behind but pick up someone who gets off a half hour later first. They were lying!"
