"Was a great place to shop and get information. Exactly the opposite now, rude employees, overpriced everything. Really don't want to spend any more money here and will travel to keep it that way. Some Buffalo employees have some sort of superiority complex and treat customers like garbage. No wonder the guns have dust on them, they don't move or sell because of your bad staff. Fix your customer service, you're in a customer service/retail industry, you're not exempt from treating people with kindness just because you sell guns. TNT are great people to work with"

"There is a right way and a wrong way to talk to people. If you are new to shooting at the range, don’t go here. The old man is incredibly rude and mean. If you do something wrong outside of the “rules” you’ll get yelled at. My niece is now terrified of going to the range because of this awful experience. He just sits and waits for someone to screw up. I understand rules have to be set in place for peoples safety and I’m not bashing that. I’m bashing the way he talked to me and my group the only ONE HOUR we were there. Seriously, the man needs to retire."

"They have an okay selection of ammo but I think the place isn't what it used to be. Years ago they had a big selection of rifles, now it's not so great. Lots of handguns. It also appears they do not update their website inventory anymore. I saw a few guns there and when I got home I saw none of the guns that interested me on their website."

"I'm not usually one to speak my mind but after seeing all the other reviews i decided to. You may have heard the old adage "A few bad apples ruin the bunch". Well that's my experience with this place. There is a long haired guy, and a troll in a funny hat that are just rude and nasty to customers every time I've been in there. That is if they take the time to ask if you need anything. The others I've dealt with have been very helpful. So as long as you steer clear of those two guys, you might have a great experience."
