"In response to the reply that I received: 1) I apologize I didn't write it sooner. It may have saved some other customers some grief. Regardless, the tone of your response reflects the poor rating, work, and customer service I received. 2) I shouldn't have to re-initiate a repair to a job already said to be done. If you're hiring people that want to take shortcuts to get jobs out the door, that's your business. I brought it there to be done right... if I wanted something cobbled together I'd have done it myself. 3) My boat had already been there an exorbitant amount of time, even after calling twice. I understand that things get busy in the spring, but weeks for a simple job like this was unacceptable. I was surely not bringing it back to be pushed to the end of the line again in the height of fishing season. 4) I don't expect perfection from anyone on anything. I do, however, expect a high degree of proficiency, service, and care for a job I pay for. So should everyone else and so should you."
