"Placed an special order on Wednesday night. Wanted to pick it up Saturday, gave phone to call if they had problem. No calls or anything. Went in Saturday to pick it up and No one had done anything with it at all. Then was told the one paint sample was too small do get a good read on. So had to run home and back to get a bigger one. They should have called. Put me behind the rest of the day. Was not happy. Someone dropped the ball for two days. And they were given my phone if problems."
"The woman who helped me at the wooster, Ohio store was extremely helpful. She even made a phone call and looked up information online to make sure she was advising me correctly. She went on to help me pick out the proper paint brushes and rollers to complete my project. The paint (super paint) used for painting vinyl shutters was amazing and made my project turn out awesome. The clerk even offered to help carry the paint and supplies to my car."
"The customer service skills of the employee working the day my family was in was horrible. He was very upset you could tell that we in fact came in close to closing time and we made a $100 some dollar purchase made with cash and he made a absolute scene opening the deposit bag he already had prepared for closing the drawer. Huffing and puffing around. I was very unexpressed with how he acted. I will be more then happy to take my business to another SW location."
