"I just had my annual maintenance completed. Their office called when the technician was on the way. Upon arrival they were courteous, explained what they were doing & picked up after themselves. I had concerns about aging ductwork in my crawlspace, the technician evaluated the ductwork while there at no additional cost. They may not be the cheapest company but they are the best value!"

"Stay away! This company will price gouge you and not stand behind their work! I had New Comfort out to service my unit twice in the last year and both times I had to call them right back because they either failed to properly diagnose the issue properly or created more issues after a preventative maintenance and/or poor repair. The last service I had, I was overcharged for a repair for a new limit switch and capacitor by almost double (which I found out after the fact) because I was in a pickle where my house was 62° in the middle of fall and would have had to pay another diagnostic fee for another company to come out. After that repair, the capacitor failed within 3 months due to improper/poor install by their tech where a new wire they installed broke, which caused the capacitor to short out and fail. All of the other wires leading to the capacitor were in poor condition as well, along with the butt connectors which should have all been replaced for a proper, clean repair; that’s just poor quality of work. Lowmans came out to fix all of the shotty work that New Comfort did and was very professional and explained everything to me and was very fairly priced. New Comfort refuses to admit that the capacitor that they installed failed due to improper/poor install and will not stand behind their warranty for my most recent repair. I’ve spent a lot of money with New Comfort over the years with new equipment and preventative maintenance but they will never be out to my residence again."

"My elderly parents had used New Comfort to service their furnace/heatpump/AC which is very old. New Comfort quoted prices to replace their current system ranging from $16,500 - $19,600! I was shocked and felt they were trying to take advantage of my parents. I had another company replace it for thousand$$$ less than New Comfort's bid. For this reason I DO NOT recommend this business."

"STAY AWAY!! THIS COMPANY EXPLOITS THE ELDERLY!!!!! (multiple reviews on yelp for this) My grandparents received an outrageous quote for a new furnace and air conditioner with this company in July of 2023. New Comfort had quoted them $20,000 more than other companies in the area for a new furnace and air conditioner. When calling and speaking to the office manager I was told "We can sit and speculate all day about the quote but that's our price due to the quality of work we provide and our timely responsiveness can be costly". My questions were never clearly answered and she gave vague answers and beat around the bush to say the least before she hung up the phone! I would never use this company if they were the only company in buisness!"

"We've used New Comfort for the past three years and are very impressed. Highly responsive and highly trained. They don't nickle & dime you, but do excellent work for great price. Recently moved to a new home and had the option to select a new AC maintenance firm. But, elected to stick with the tried and true, although my new house is a little out of their way. I highly recommend New Comfort!"
