"Quantum is basically a company contracted by employer to act as middleman between you and your employer provided health insurance company. Primary goal of this company is to save your employer money by reducing the amount of money paid in health insurance claims each year. If your employer uses them, expect to get much more claims denied or go through much more red tape to get claims approved. My employer started using them this year and it's been an absolute nightmare."

"SCAMMERS! Beware of this company or any employers hiring them to handle their benefits. Quantum Health is hired by large employers to help bring healthcare costs down by denying as many medical claims as possible. Be ready for constant incompetence from their call centers with high turnover and zero knowledge of healthcare. In my opinion the companies that employ these people should be ashamed for putting their employees through more hassle than needed to get basic medical coverage approved for their families. The more research done on them the more unethical this company seems"

"Terrible place to work. High turnover and a revolving door. Happier now that I left! I have more peace now. Had high blood pressure readings while working here but it’s normal again a month after leaving. It’s not the work, it was management and even some co-workers. I felt unwelcome here and it was a toxic environment in pod 35. Also, if you get 1 thing wrong such as quoting the wrong benefit you’ll be talked to like you’re dumb and put on a PIP fresh out the 6 week training. These people know nothing about Healthcare and come from retail and the army unless you are a nurse . I’m 5 classes from graduating and two semesters from a bachelors in Healthcare Administration and Management , background working with patients hands on for 4 years, a licensed insurance agent for the state and my manager talked to me like I was stupid when I asked questions and for help many times. In chat I would not get help for as long as 30 minutes or not at all sometimes towards the end of my employment."
