"Awful. Painful. Left bleeding with polish all over my toes. Called to ask for refund or to fix the polish and the man told me to come back an hour and a half later because it was busy. Then came back when I was instructed to and still busy and had to wait about 15 minutes. (Not horrible but uncomfortable because he was so loud about the issue as soon as I came in.) He was confrontational and asked if I or someone else picked at the polish. I said no, it was on my skin so it came off. He insisted he would fix it but I asked can I have someone else fix it because I prefer it not be on my skin. He walked away without saying anything so I asked what we were doing and another female offered to redo the polish. She was very sweet and kind and did a great job. It's a shame this man behaved the way he did and made a scene in front of several other customers. I would have preferred to fix the situation quietly. I felt embarrassed and will not be returning."
"My elderly parents and I get Pedicures. Every Top nail employee’s are so patient and do not rush the process. I can’t say enough great things to the Top nail team."
"The only place i will get a manicure. Period. My nails grow stronger, the mani lasts around 6 days with care. I am not kidding. Been going to Karen for quite a few year years. Her cuticle work is the best. Not only is that true the day of, but until my next mani appt. Best part is Karen is just a great person, as is the rest of the family at Top Nail."
"BEST PEDI IN TOWN! This salon is exceptional in nail service! I never should have went anywhere else! The family is super nice and always professional. they go ABOVE and beyond to provide a relaxing spa experience. They don’t take any short cuts and strive to make your nails look fabulous. I have been going to this Salon for years and NEVER should have tried the other ones up the street!!!!!!! TOP NAIL is the best!"
