"It was time to replace the carpeting in our home. My wife and I checked with the BBB and Angie's list and decided to meet with Mark of Mark Custom Carpet. Mark was very helpful with the selection process as he had a good variety and prices of carpet to choose from. He came to the house and gave us an estimate. We accepted the estimate, gave Mark 50% down and awaited for the carpet to come in. The carpet arrived a couple of weeks later and installation started within days. Mark was extremely helpful in scheduling our installation and very flexible in last minute changes. Bill and Mike were our installers and they couldn't have been more professional. They were punctual, pleasant and very careful with our walls and furniture they moved. They did a great job and we are very satisfied with the finished product. "Mark was recommended to me. I needed carpet installed in my home. He explained the different qualities and costs in the materials and let me choose what worked for me. He and his crew did a great job taking care of me. I have since relied upon him to install vinyl flooring in 2 bathrooms and both turned out fantastic. I have a mudroom with a concrete floor. It was always cold. He recommended a thick vinyl flooring that turned out better than could be expected. It looks great, but it also eliminated the cold floor. I was replacing my flooring in my kitchen, foyer and bathroom and I came to him to install the porcelain tile. He recommended using Schluter underlayment which I had heard about. The floor looks great and will hold up for a very long time. Mark has always been honest, fair, and stands behind his work. "I can't say enough good things about this company. I've had them out to install both vinyl plank flooring as well as carpet on multiple occasions. Mark has specifically went out of his way to be helpful. I have called him with questions and he's always happy to answer my questions thoroughly and honestly. He's a "to the point" "no BS" kind of guy. We had to reschedule our install and he was very communicative and I was always in the loop with where we stood. He stands behind his products and lets you know exactly how each one will perform over time in your home. The installers were on time, friendly and very careful to be as neat and clean as possible. In order to stretch the carpet, they have to put the stretcher up against the baseboards and it is amazing how little of the baseboards were scuffed. I've seen other company's work in this regard and they left a mess. I've also seen carpet installed from other companies wrinkle over time (due to improper installation) and I've NEVER had any of that with Mark's Custom Carpet. They are and will continue to be the only place I look for carpet!"
