"I am sad to share my disappointment with the Belden Village Canton, Ohio location of the Sherwin Williams Paint Store. I went in on Tuesday very recently. After waiting a few minutes, I had to call into the office and into the back for someone verbally but no response. After multiple attempts to verbally get their attention, I called the store via phone and found the employee responded quickly to the phone call but did not acknowledge my presence at first. The employee, who is also the assistant manager, was unprofessional, unfriendly, and off-set with me. I explained that I only had one quart of paint that was the incorrect shade and did not match the swatch. It was supposed to be brown and it was purple. He was very combative with me and I felt uncomfortable to be able to ask for assistance or help from him. The assistant manager let me know that he is unable to help me and that I would need to come back two days later to receive help from the manager. I have made many frequent purchases at this establishment and thought it was strange that he made me feel this way about a quart of paint that was clearly not the correct color. I am disappointed that I do not feel comfortable returning to this establishment due to the assistant manager's way of handling situations and lack of customer service and care. I hope in posting this is that they speak with their assistant manager about this and in hopes that this is a reminder and learning opportunity for him."
