"Home depot is my home away from home. I go there every weekend it seems like nowadays. The stores are conveniently placed, but stock of products and employee knowledge of the stock is usually lacking. Given the huge markup and high prices, I would expect a better experience. If the website can tell me which aisle and bin it's supposed to be in, then it should be there. How come this information is not communicated to the employees better? Just have a robot go get it for me. Amazon has this already. The tech is out there."

"I wish there is ZERO star as an option to evaluate the "service" this store provides. I ordered patio doors for almost 5000$ cost at the store. Emil, the most professional worker of this store in my opinion, was very helpful and the order was placed. I even opened their credit card. But this is when the nightmare started. Initially, I was told that doors will arrive to the store in 4 weeks. I signed a contract with contractors for installing the doors and renovation of patio. Of course, doors never arrived... God only knows how many times I called this branch and physically went to talk to representatives. For some mysterious reasons, the manufacturer decided to delay my order for few weeks, and no one bothered to let me know. No one cared that per my contract I had to pay daily to my contractor to do nothing but to wait for these doors. Last drop which pushed me off the edge was when I called 2.55pm on Friday to a customer representative to ask for the status of the order. The answer was " I need to leave as was working since early morning and I am tired, also corporation requests me to leave on time and I cannot help you..." She dropped the phone on me ... I cannot believe this is a customer service. absurd. I paid these doors to be shipped from the store to my place. Oh my, this store decides to schedule the way they want, no one contacted me, I had to call back to ensure that the shipping was scheduled, change the date and time the way originally they did... I cannot believe. I am paying for the shipping yet I cannot choose the time and date. The most horrible is that store schedules and everyone forgot to let me know. How nice... I spent so much money, energy, time and patience.... Who is going to be responsible for the time and money I spend on contractor who was waiting for this doors. I signed my contract I stood for it, however Home Depot could not stood up for the contract they signed for me. And the worse, is that absolutely no one tried to contact me even to apologize. I was told by one of the representatives their store manager is aware of this issues and will contact me. This is one month past and never heard back from anyone. Absolutely disappointed. I am sure, it does not happen daily when customer spends 5K at one purchase, and the service they provided was absolutely unacceptable. I am so upset that promised never to return to any Home Depot store and will close this store credit card. I refuse to shop in the store where I am not respected... Horrible."
