"I generally like Ace stores, but this Ace suffers from bad management. After I purchased an expensive product which failed within hours of use, management was more keen to accuse me of product misuse than to offer any viable solution to rectify the situation. Their "solutions" included buy a new full-price item, pay an equivalent amount or more on repairs and service, or buy a refurbished product that cost nearly as much as a new item. They miss the mark entirely with customer service and focus on short-term profits at the detriment of long-term customer retention. I will never return here. I cannot advise more strongly to stay away from this place if you value your integrity and your wallet."

"Surprisingly large inventory for a small store. Easily 30% more than home Depot but You more than make up for it in convenience. I've been there half a dozen times and every single time I found what I was looking for even when it was a hard to find item. The staff and owner has a expertise in the equipment that they sell which is extremely useful if you've ever tried to buy a chainsaw or string trimmer. Home Depot will point you to what aisle they're in, these guys will help you choose the one that makes sense for you. I still buy large purchases at home Depot because of the price difference but I'm glad we have Ace hardware in Aurora"

"Had an amazing experience with Ace in Aurora. We purchased the Ego Z6 electric riding motor from them and their service was phenomenal. They were so friendly and helpful. We purchased the mower and they immediately followed us home to deliver it. Highly recommend them and we will be long term customers after that experience! So glad they moved into our community.
