"Our new house builder had WCCV put in the carpet in our new house. The installation was done poorly. Bubbles and creases start to appear just after the 1 year install warranty. Dont let them fool you, they bring in cheap labor to knee kick in your whole house when they should be using the proper installation methods. They are not customer focused. Use any other company but them."

"Deb and John helped resolve an issue on bathroom floor tile grout quality. Very much appreciate their help. A few months ago, Erika was responsive in helping us fix some of the cracked floor planks at the 1-year walkthrough for a new house build by Pulte Homes. The two gentlemen did an excellent job with 5 replacement planks."

"If 0 stars were an option I would select it. The original tile was recalled and we went back in February to select a new tile and was told they would reach back out in one week to schedule install. It’s now end of May. Calls, voicemails and emails go unanswered. Not entirely sure how this business is run and I’m now left with bathrooms where the grout is falling out."

"So, I ordered just under $10,000 worth of flooring for a commercial space. After waiting for the installers for 40 minutes for a 9:00 AM appointment, a salesman showed up to take over waiting duties. They were there until 7:30 at night. They did not bring all the materials needed to finish the job, so they were scheduled to come back the following day at 5:00 pm. I waited 40 minutes, no call, just no-show! It was re-scheduled for the next day in the AM. A young man showed and I started looking at the work in the daylight while he finished up. They had damaged the fresh paint in many locations. This was not roll carpeting, it was squares. I have been a property manager for well over 30 years, they had to work at messing up the walls this much. It was bad enough that we had to get out the paint and roller and redo the bottom foot on several walls. I saw no need for the damage, it was just blatant disregard for the work and time of others. They are consistent on this. Save yourself a bunch of headache, and find another vendor, I did. R Fogle"

"We built a home and this company was used to source our carpeting through our contractor. The company has been pleasant to work with and we appreciate that. Unfortunately, we have several issues with the carpeting, which this company purchased and sourced. 1). The padding has totally worn down after just one year of living in the home. It is not comfortable to walk on. Furthermore, we can feel all sorts of things under our feet when we walk around. It's uncomfortable and disappointing. 2). The floors were not properly cleaned when it was installed. There is all sorts of debris that we can feel when we walk around. Our contractor just removed a pen from underneath the carpeting. Every time we walk from one room to another we can feel at least 5-6 different sharp items poking our feet. I am sure this is partially contractor related, but also so disappointing to know that we are also walking on drywall and pens too. 3). The pattern on the carpet has completely flattened. It's really unfortunate that after just one year of living in a brand new home, there are heavy traffic marks all over the carpeting upstairs. It is regularly vacuumed. The carpeting pattern and padding have both sunken down in all areas that we walk. We can see the lines of the rug meeting too, which are now all raised because the carpeting and padding have sunk so much. The pattern is almost gone where we walk too. It looks bad, and over time will progressively look worse. As new home owners, we are disappointed in the premium we paid for the carpeting and can only hope that it will properly be resolved. We are now being asked to have this professionally cleaned before being able to move forward with a claim. This seems like an unfair request, as there would not be anyway our issues could be fixed without the subfloors being totally cleaned, as they should have been, and a better padding and new carpeting installed that does not sink so quickly. The cleanliness of our carpeting really has nothing to do with the poor performance and sunken areas and wouldn't solve anything. No one should have to deal with this poor of performance of carpeting in a brand new home. No new homeowner wants to see faded patterns and traffic lines throughout their upstairs. No one wants to step on foreign objects when going to get dressed in the morning or when getting into bed at night. We know things happen, good and bad. Unfortunately, we have not had a good experience on our end."
