"The staff is so helpful and unlike the big chain stores the employees actually know what they’re talking about!! Every time I’ve gone in I’ve walked out with exactly what I needed!!"

"A basic old school hardware store. Pretty much aimed toward the local plumber or handyman who needs nuts, bolts, and the basics for home repairs. You're not going to find washing machines, but you will find electrical outlets and items for home repairs."

"I had one of the worst experiences in this store today. I don't usually write reviews like this but I just can't ignore the treatment my husband received while in the store. I sometimes forget that there are still people that treat you different because of the color of your skin. My husband is a wonderful man. He is patient, loving ,loyal everything you would want in a husband. He just happens to be black and I am white. While we were in this store to have keys made the "gentlemen" were so disrespectful. My husband ask if they had any keys that had military on them. They said no when I walked over to look low and behold right there was one. One more example when we were leaving one of the "men" behind the counter looked right at me and said you have a good weekend even though my husband was standing right with me. That is the kind of disrespect the shown to my husband the entire time we were there. My husband is man enough to just ignore this ignorant kind of behavior but I think it should be known. Never again will I spend any of our hard earned money in that bigot store. Skin color doesn't and should NOT define how a person is treated. My heart hurts because in no way does my husband deserve to be treated like less than a person."

"These guys are the best. I wish I knew about them when I first moved to Ravenna. They can help me find what I need to fix something, but they also know that sometimes I just have to wander around to find what I need using parts in random ways to build things. Working at a local school in a research capacity, I can tell you I have turned some of their plumping parts into precision jigs to hold important samples, and to make my kitchen sink work. The folks working there are always friendly and I can't help but smile when I walk in."
