"I bought a leatherman case, says it fits 4.5-in leatherman. It does not I initiated a return they sent me the same item a second time. I live 20 miles out of town have to pay $2 to ship it back so far it's cost me $16 and I haven't got the right item."

"Sadly if i could rate 0 stars i would. I purchased a $200 Hammer on Amazon through Fat Boy Tools and, its been almost 3 weeks. The package can not be tracked. The post office is telling me they sent out a shipping label but not the actual package. Needless to say, the birthday gift i ordered for my husband who has been waiting patiently, is clearly not coming. Or if it is-not anytime soon. I asked customer service if i could get a replacement sent and shipped overnight due to the inconvenience. They told me they cannot ship overnight. (Which is horrible buisness on their end. ) i would NOT recommend buying from this company as i feel i have been scammed."
