"Stopped twice to buy a mower from here. 1st visit - Friday 10/15 talked with the technician, very knowledgeable about the mowers and spent the time to discuss the pros and cons of each mower even though it was near the end of the day, however he wasn't able to give me price of any of the mowers since he was the technician, which is understandable. He asked me to stop by on Monday and talk with Rico who could give me prices. 2nd visit - Monday 10/18, asked for Rico and was told he wasn't there, "he is working from home", but could they help me. Told them I was interested in buying a Bad Boy mower and which one I wanted. Was told they couldn't give me a price, only Rico could. Asked me to leave my name and number to have Rico call me back. Waited 3 days and NEVER received a call back. I'm not going to beg you to take my money. Stopped by a local John Deere dealership, saw a mower, got a price and bought it the same day, AMAZING!! To have only one person who can give you the price of the mower and won't call you back is absolutely crazy. Told to support local small businesses during this pandemic. I tried it failed. Should make the technician a salesman or at least call someone back, you would've had a sale and a happy customer."
